Section 53
Records to be kept
(1) Village councils and municipalities shall keep records of documents, settlement agreements or decisions related to disputes that have been settled or decided by the judicial committee in an orderly and safe manner.
(2) The judicial committee shall submit the annual report of the work done by it to the relevant assembly through the chairman or head.
